Material: Cotton

Purpose: “Abel” is the Ilocano word for weave, and “inabel” can be interpreted to mean any kind of woven fabric

Inubon a sabong

Material: Cotton

Purpose: As the name "A string of flowers" suggests, it was designed by Magdalena Gamayo with a weaving technique called "Pinilian" to look like flowers.
This is the design that nominated and won Magdalena Gamayo the Gawad Manlilikha ng Bayan Award

Kusikok/Kusikos

Material: Yarn or cotton derived from fibers found locally, like sagut a kind of cotton plant
 

Purpose: A pattern made of an optical illusion. The whirlwind pattern or spiral forms that look like oranges was believed to help in warding off malevolent spirits.

Material: Cotton

Purpose: Another pattern that Magdalena Gamayo taught to herself, the pattern was made to resemble various geometric patterns

Purpose: Popularized by Magdalena Gamayo, The Sinan bola-bola weave pattern is made up of intricate ball-like shapes
